The Kooymans are both Certified Relocation Counselors. Ron holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is held by less than 5% of all Realtors Nationwide. They have received countless awards during their careers, in acknowledgement of their high volume of business, and exceptional Customer Service.

Ron and Elaine joined Intero Real Estate Services January 2005 with almost two (2) decades of Real Estate experience.

Elaine was born and raised in London England where she studied Human Relations at The University of London. She enjoyed raising her 4 children in the Seattle Washington area but has also lived in New Hampshire and Indiana. While Elaine has called Walnut Creek her home for 20 years, she certainly understands the dynamics of moving, whether by personal choice, or a move due to a job transfer. Living in so many places has given her a great perspective on the issues involved in buying and selling homes.

Ron, a California native, was raised in Sleepy Hollow Orinda, studied at UC Berkeley, and worked for 20+ years in Computer Operations Management for a Fortune 500 Company.
