:: This Northgate area subdivision is well known for among
other things, its "Eichler" homes. Eichler built
a contemporary style home with lots of windows and glass doors.
These homes were built on cement slabs with radiant heating,
tar and gravel roofs, and court yards. Original homes were
built in the 50's. Many have since been remodeled to include
central heat and air conditioning. Located close to shopping
and the top rated Northgate Schools.
